Milwaukee Tool Downtown Office
Opened in 2023, Milwaukee Tool's downtown office is a $40 million redevelopment of an old 370,000 vacant office building, bringing 1,200 employees to the city in the fast-expanding Westown area. F Street Group was the original owner of the property, and the Department of City Development made incentives possible to get this transformational deal done.
