PrintWise Software
- Your device must use MU Secure Wi-Fi, the wired network, or VPN to successfully install PrintWise software. If you encounter a port error, make sure to connect to MU Secure, the wired network, or VPN.

Paper Jams
- If a paper jam occurs while your job prints, don't turn off the printer.
- The printer will re-print your job once the jam has been cleared.
- PrintWise won't charge you for the lost page or pages.

"Load Paper" Message
- If the printer displays "Load Paper" and the System Monitor icon is flashing, press the System Monitor icon.
- Confirm that the printer has paper.
- If the printer doesn't have paper, contact the support person listed on the machine.
- If the printer has paper, your document may be a custom size. Select "Letter paper" to print your document.

Print Quality Issues
- If your PrintWise output is significantly smudged, faded, streaked, spotty, or creased, you can request a refund.
Getting Help
Did you know? When you print to PrintWise, you have 12 hours to swipe for your output on a PrintWise printer. After 12 hours, your print job is deleted from the queue. Resubmit your print job if time runs out.
