Marquette Mentors, the mentor program of the Marquette University Alumni Association, emerged approximately 15 years ago as a pilot to meet a significant and increasing demand for students to gain career insights from alumni across the globe. Today, this high-touch, 1:1 and goals-driven initiative has served more than 1,600 student mentees by matching current students and Marquette alumni based upon college, major and career interest.

Mentors by the Numbers

204 mentee-mentor matches in 2024-2025. 96% of mentors return annually with many referring fellow alumni as future program participants. Mentors reside in approximately 25 states nationwide plus England in 2024-2025. Marquette Mentors
