W2 Inquires
The IRS Form W-2 is issued and distributed by the Payroll Department. W2s are due to be postmarked to employees by the IRS deadline of January 31st each year. Please see detailed W2 Information on the Comptroller - Payroll Website.

1095-C Tax Forms Available
Beginning in 2024, Marquette will no longer mail Form 1095-C and instead make it available electronically. Employees wishing to view and print a copy of this form can do so by going to the Marquette benefits enrollment portal and following these instructions. Form 1095-C is a tax form reporting information about an employee’s health coverage offered by Marquette University. The taxpayer does not fill out the form and does not need to file it with a tax return. For additional questions on this form, consult your tax advisor. For help obtaining a copy, please send a request to benefits@marquette.edu and indicate if you want your 1095-C emailed to you or mailed to your home address listed in MyJob.
