How to report an outage

For service disruptions during university business hours, please contact the IT Services TechSquad at (414) 288-7799 or via TechSquad Self Service. During non-business hours or on university holidays, report outages to the Marquette University Police Department at (414) 288-6800. MUPD staff will relay information to the IT Services Manager on call.
