Reserving Space

First, review reservable spaces, their capacity and technology features. Note which hall the room or rooms you wish to reserve reside in before filling out the form.

Second, fill out the Residence Hall Room Reservation Request form. Please note that due to the location of some rooms being located behind a residence hall desk, we may not be able to accommodate your request if you are not a resident of that building.

Campus Town East

• MPR (#117) - 3 couches; 3 armchairs; 2 long tables, end tables, piano and projector w/ pulldown screen - seats 15

Carpenter Tower

• Formal Study Lounge (#102) - tables, chairs, whiteboard - seats 16
• Study Lounge (#102A) - table, chairs, whiteboard - seats 6

Cobeen Hall

• 2nd Floor Lounge (#226) - couches, tables, TV - seats 40 with extra chairs

The Commons (Eckstein/Wells Halls)

• Classroom (#216 and #216 A) - tables, chairs, SMART classroom, two projectors/screens, glass boards, media hookups, seats 48 total (32 and 16);
• Multi-Purpose Room (#204) - two tables, projector/screen, media hookups, glass board, seats 30
• Practice Room (#226) - ballet bar, mirrors, hardwood floors, tv with media hookups
• Theater - projector/screen, media hookups seats around 80

Humphrey Hall

• Auditorium (#001) - projector & all the hook ups for media & stage; seats 85, with extra chairs a total of 100-110 seating
• Conference Room (017) - projector & all the hook ups for media & whiteboard - seats 20
• Fire Pit - outdoor electrical outlet - seats 16, standing 40-50

The Marq

• Community Kitchen - kitchen island, lounge and bar stool seating, flat screen tv, cyber lounge
• Community Lounge - sectional couch and chairs, two high tables with barstools, pool table, shuffleboard, basketball arcade game, flat screen tv

Mashuda Hall

• Ballrooms (2nd Floor) - circular tables that seat 6, rectangle tables that seat 6, 2 coat racks, 2 podiums, 2 screens for projectors - seats 200

McCabe Hall

• Conference Room (#139) - 8 tables, chairs, projector, screen, whiteboard - seats 23
• Lounge - table, regular chairs, multiple lounge chairs, TV - seats 2-10

Schroeder Hall

• Basement Conference Room (#028) - chalkboard, multiple rectangle tables - seats 20
• Basement MPR (#024) - whiteboard, rectangle tables - seats 40
• Classroom (#031) - individual seats with desks, projector screen (no projector), seats 35
• Practice Room (#051) - mirror, rubber floor

Straz Tower

• Basement MPR (#002A) - variety of tables, chairs, kitchenette attached for use - seats 40; 60 standing
• First Floor MPR (#106) - chairs, multiple variety of tables, projector and screen, VGA cable for check-out, whiteboard and markers for check-out - seats 35-40
• Private Dining Room (#120A) - variety of tables, chairs - seats 32
