Join the 2025-2026 Ignite Team

We are currently accepting applications for students interested in being part of the 2025-2026 Ignite Team. Be part of an incredible opportunity to build community & faith for and with others on campus!

Students may apply to serve in the following roles:

Student Co-Director
Be one of the captains helping to steer the Ignite ship. No seafaring experience necessary. Student co-directors work collaboratively with a campus minister in building all facets of Ignite and leading the team.

Communications Team
Welcome Marquette to be part of Ignite.  Lead Ignite's social media and marketing to spread the word about Ignite.

“The Night” Planning Team
From helping to shape the content, speaker(s), activities to stepping up to the mic to fire up the crowd, the activity team stokes the fire that helps people Ignite.
