At Marquette Dining Services, we take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any of our food offerings.

Please be aware that our kitchen handles various ingredients, including common allergens such as: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, shellfish and sesame. 

Unfortunately, cross-contamination may occur, and we recommend that individuals with severe allergies consult our staff prior to consuming any food. We are happy to provide ingredient lists and answer any questions you may have about our menu items.
