Career Resources for Students

Students sitting in an accounting class.

At Marquette Business, career development is woven through the undergraduate experience. Undergraduate students begin this journey in their first year through the required three course LEAD Career Development Series, which guides them through self discovery, career exploration, professional preparation, and career planning.  The Business Career Center builds on this foundation by providing personalized career coaching, internship and job search support, networking opportunities, and employer engagement throughout a student's academic career.

The BCC also supports Graduate School of Management students and business alumni with career advising, professional development resources, and connections that help them navigate career advancement, transitions, and lifelong career growth.
