Martin Fahey is a retirement plan and investment consulting professional with more than 15 years of experience helping businesses, financial advisors, and plan sponsors optimize retirement programs, investment strategies, and fiduciary governance. He is the founder of Fahey Retirement Partners, a Wisconsin-registered investment advisory firm providing retirement plan consulting and fiduciary investment management services to ERISA plan sponsors.

Prior to launching his firm, Martin served as Retirement Services District Manager for Charles Schwab, where he advised C-suite executives on retirement plan design, fees, investments, and employee engagement. His career also includes leadership and consulting roles with ADP, Wells Fargo Asset Management, Wells Fargo Bank, and Fidelity Investments, where he consistently excelled in business development, advisor partnerships, and retirement plan growth.

Martin holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marquette University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®), and holds the FINRA Series 65 license. His expertise spans retirement plan consulting, fiduciary oversight, investment management, and corporate financial solutions.
