There are processes that require forms and permission to make changes to your courses, schedule, major, and enrollment at Marquette University.  

These are resources that are most often used by engineering students.

• Please submit completed forms to the Academic Advising Center in Haggerty Hall, 280 or by email to coe-records@marquette.edu using your MU email account.
• Please read each form’s instructions to ensure you are completing them correctly.
• Sign and obtain signatures for your forms.  Unsigned documents cannot be processed.
