As of May 20, interlibrary loan service is directly integrated into the library's search system. This is due to an initiative to establish a new resource-sharing network among academic libraries in Wisconsin.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a way to get materials that are not already available at Marquette. The service is available to all students, faculty and staff. There is no cost to the requestor, though the library usually does incur costs.
Use the Library Search to find the item you're looking for. Make sure you're signed in and using the "Marquette Libraries and More" search scope. Then, click on "Request this Item" and follow the instructions provided.
If available, the item will be requested from one of Raynor Library’s resource‑sharing partners (Universities of Wisconsin System or SWITCH libraries). If it’s not available through those partners, your request will automatically be sent through traditional interlibrary loan services.
