O-Fest & Community Service Fair | Central Mall

O-Fest offers students the opportunity to explore Marquette's student organizations by talking to organization representatives and signing up for organizations of interest. In addition, there will be a number of university offices and departments present to share information about various programs and services available to students at the university.

Make a Difference Day

Make a Difference Day focuses on assisting older homeowners in the Milwaukee community in preparing their homes for winter. We are excited to invite student teams, clubs, and as many community members as possible to join us for this meaningful service event! Gather your friends and organizations to work together and make a positive impact in the Milwaukee community. Justice in Action: March 29th, 2025

The Justice in Action Conference (JIA) is a one-day student-focused conference to explore your role in service, community and social change. JIA is a time to develop new skills and knowledge on social justice, foster civic dialogue, and challenge perspectives on social systems. Learn more here.

Marquette Community Day of Service: April 12th, 2025

Marquette Community Day of Service, formerly Hunger Clean-Up, is our largest and longest-running day of service. Since its beginning in 1989, over 34,000 students, faculty, staff and alumni have served with community partners in the city.  Marquette Community Day of Service is one of the many ways we can connect with our mission and with Milwaukee through service.  

Marquette Community Day of Service is open to all members of the Marquette community. By serving, you can increase awareness, support and allocate resources for local nonprofits. Register here.

MLK Service Day: Jan 20th, 2025

Come learn more about the MLK legacy on MLK day 2025 in the Marquette Alumni Memorial Union. Meet new people and be immersed in your community while learning more about service and how you can contribute. There will be many activities offered such as card making, restoring book, and creating care kits that will all go toward the Greater Milwaukee Community. Join us on this day off and volunteer to honor the life and legacy of Dr. King and serve our community. Register here.

Marquette Cultural and Social Impact Org Fair | Jan 22nd, 2025

This is an opportunity for students to explore, learn about, and meet student organizations and community organizations focused on identity & inclusion, social impact, and service at the start of the spring 2025 semester. It’s never too late to find the organization for you or find something new!
