APPEAL FORM

All citations are assumed to be valid; however, if you think you were issued a citation you do not deserve, you may appeal it. To appeal a university citation, fill out an appeal form within 10 days of receiving the citation. Once you complete the form, please keep the citation in your possession until you receive an appeal response. An email will be sent to you with the result of your appeal.
