Registration for teams goes live on December 1.

• Early Bird Registration ($350): December 1 - January 31
  • To ensure equal representation across the region, each school may register only ONE team per gender (one men’s + one women’s) during Early Bird registration.
• Open Registration ($400): February 1 - February 20

We require physical copies of signed forms with the university seal, but digital placeholder forms may be emailed to Kristian Pullam . Extensions may be granted if requested before the deadline date.

Payments are made on IMLeagues via their payment portal. If other payment arrangements are needed, please reach out to Kristian Pullam

For information on player eligibility, please see the NIRSA eligibility guidelines. Please note that a valid university/college ID must be shown by all players before each game. All rosters must be finalized before the first game, and each player must complete the NIRSA waiver and be properly listed on all forms. 

Teams are required to attend a captain's meeting to compete. There are two sessions for the captain's meeting: Friday evening (2/27) and Saturday morning prior to the first game (2/28). Teams only need to attend one of these sessions. The captain's meeting will be hosted in the Wellness + Recreation facility. 

Each team will be guaranteed at least two games within pool play. Round-robin games will begin Saturday morning, followed by a single-elimination tournament beginning on Saturday evening. The final game schedule will be sent to teams and posted on IMLeagues the week of the tournament.

Friday, February 27

• Officials Meeting – 2:00 pm (Tentative)
• Captains Meeting #1 – 5:00 pm (Tentative)

Saturday, February 28

• Captains Meeting #2 – 7:30 am
• Pool Play Begins – 8:00 am
• Bracket Play - Late Afternoon

Sunday, March 1

• Quarter-Final, Semi-Finals, & Championships
• Final Championship Game tips off at 2:00 pm
• Awards Ceremony to follow
