November 14, 2024
The Telehealth Research Community hosted an event titled, "Reflecting on how we prepare telehealth practitioners for virtual communication" - featuring Lilly Campbell, Associate Professor of English. Campbell shared findings from her research on telehealth observation in a virtual ICU.
September 24, 2024
The Telehealth Research Community hosted an event titled, "Strategizing to optimize social media messaging for recruitment of minoritized populations" - featuring special guest, Dr. Emily Cramer.

TRC hosted a conversation 11am-12pm, with Dr. Jessica Zemlak to hear about her research. In addition, there was a light lunch and the opportunity to network with other researchers across campus.
Conversation w/ ORSP: September 27, 2023
TRC hosted a conversation with ORSP to review ORSP resources, discuss grant opportunities, and ways to network across campus. The presentation slides are available.
Community Research Connection: January 23, 2023
Scholars from around Marquette's campus convened to discuss areas of overlap, funding opportunities, and innovative use of technology.
February 23, 2022
The Telehealth Research Community presented Community Research Connection (CRC). We provided the collaborative opportunity with a light lunch, where MU scholars interested in telehealth discussed areas of overlap, funding opportunities, and innovative use for this technology. We announced a Nursing Telehealth Accelerator grant funding opportunity.
December 7, 2022
The Telehealth Research Community connect the community in the traditional World Café style (speed dating). We offered a structure that allows attendees to engage in brief conversations with others to learn more about areas of interest and potential connection.
Launch Event: October 18, 2022
On October 18th, 2022 the Telehealth Research Community gathered to connect and network around our research. We had about 30 faculty, staff, students, and community members attend.
The Marquette University Telehealth Accelerator awardees are as follows:
Lisa Grabert's first peer-reviewed telehealth publication examining telehealth policy changes to Medicare Advantage.
Lisa Grabert also testified before the US Senate Committee on Budget at the beginning of the month and my testimony was primarily dedicated to telehealth and the above pub (her open statement is at 1:28 in the link).
