Accelerated Degree Programs

Accelerated Degree Programs (ADP) allows current Marquette University undergraduate students to continue on for a master's degree after completing their bachelor's degrees. Applied Statistics ADP students apply for admission after reaching junior standing/after 60 credits, and take classes during their junior and senior years that meet requirements for both their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Students double count 12 credits toward both degrees.

With proper planning, most can complete a master's degree in one additional academic year - saving significant time and money. Graduates enter the workforce at a higher level.

Special Interdisciplinary Majors

The College of Arts and Sciences also allows the creation of special interdisciplinary majors and minors if students may be better served by a flexible grouping of courses from several areas. Details on the procedures to obtain approval are in the Undergraduate Bulletin.
