Jeanne Zanoni is a proud Marquette University alumna with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Business. She oversees the university's tutoring program, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure high‑quality academic support for students. Her work focuses on program administration, strong collaboration with campus partners, ongoing evaluation and assessment of services, tutor training, and creating meaningful leadership opportunities for student staff.

Emily Robbins is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master's Degree in Higher Education Leadership. She focuses on the operations of the tutoring program, including: recruiting and interviewing student employees, coordinating the Lead Tutor role, and assisting with program development. Emily finds joy working with the exceptional tutors on staff, and ensuring we can meet the needs of students at Marquette.

Jenn Freitag earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Oregon State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Education at Marquette University. In her role, she helps guide and support the daily operations of the tutoring center, ensuring students receive the assistance they need to thrive. Jenn is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where every student who visits the Academic Resource Center feels supported and encouraged. She genuinely enjoys working with students and finds great fulfillment in being part of a vibrant, tutoring‑centered community.
