Advising prep form: Complete before your academic advising appointment each semester. After completing, results will automatically be shared with students and advisors.
How to find and understand your graduation checklist
Evaluate your advising experience through a feedback survey.
Students who do not complete the Advising prep form, meet with their academic advisor during the designated timeframe, and complete the feedback survey will have an academic hold added to their account that prevents registration of future courses until the final day of assigned registration times.
